Returns

• Any items may be returned for a full refund if the item is in NEW condition with the tags still attached and/or in original packaging within 30 days of ship date.
• Items that are defective can be returned for one of the following actions: repair, replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund at our discretion
• Returns cannot be accepted if item is used, washed, or discontinued.
• Items that have been altered (garment adjustments, sewn-on emblems, etc.), personalized (embroidery, screenprint, other embellishment), will not be accepted for return unless the garment is defective.
• Some returned items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Damaged Goods & Shortages
In the event that you receive a damaged or short shipment, you must immediately file a claim with the carrier. Under ICC regulation, this claim is the consignee's (your) responsibility. Please contact us for assistance at (855) 364-4556.
